Hi guys, I'm kind new here, but I'm working with PHP for around 10 years, and I want to contribute with this project,..I was thinking in translate to Brazilian Portuguese and create some extensions like Oauth2 authentication (yes social media login), ads and Analytics, but first:

1) Has anyone already working on it (oauth2, ads, analytics)? I saw one extension named "Facebook" on the repository,..
2) What about the beta 3? Did you guys already have a date to release it? In this release will we have login with social media?
3) Where is the roadmap for beta 3?
4) How about create an Wiki for the forum? This way the community could create some detailed explanation or even practical hands on labs like for example: How to translate? Or How to create an extension, and so on....

I'll let someone else handle your questions about extensions, but as for the Brazilian Portuguese language pack, you may want to hold off on that until Beta 3. We're in the middle of reorganizing how translations work, and making some big changes. Waiting a bit could save you some effort overall.

We should also have some documentation for i18n and l10n by the next Beta release. As for when that will be, no, there's no firm date yet.

Oauth is currently being build as an extension by the core developers
A simple analytics extension was written by me
Ads, there are several requests for this. And I haven't seen anyone showing any steps towards creating a solution.

On a general note, it's wise to check the extensions tag whether extensions are available.
