Using sub-categories as second category

Hello,

I want to ask something. How can I use sub-categories under main categories as secondary categories like in this forum?

For example:

There is the Meta category and the Blog sub-category under it. But, users are able to post to both of them and it shows like "Meta Blog" next to the post.

How can I do this?

By drag and drop method. Drag for example "blog" below-right "meta".

Razor Umm, not that. I already set the category as subcategory.

But I'm not able to choose both of them.

I can only choose one. My secondary tags area is empty. I want the categories to be both available as a secondary tag and a subcategory to a main category.

Get it?
