Sharing links platform?

Hi guys, i'm looking for sharing link platform. I found this: yourls, but its interface is not very friendly. So, does anyone know a platform that can be used for this purpose? I mean share links by categories 🙂

mmm, I'm really not looking for a shortener url script, I'm looking for something like an index, list or directory. As if the titles of the topics take you to another website instead of posts .
