Change link inside posts

Is it possible to automatically change links on the posts? Is there any extension that do this?

For example:

Every time a user uses an url with "nike.com" it changes it to "nike.com/id=323"

The .htaccess file only rewrites requests to the server, where the .htaccess file is located, not to external sites.

Maybe i didn't explain well. Im not talking about the URL´s of the forum, but the urls that users post. This is for advertisement purpose.

Imagine that i have an affiliate account with Amazon and to get benefits the users must buy with my affiliate ID:

Example:

What i want is if any users post the Amazon link the forum it will change it to mine, with the ID.

SMF has an extension to do this, that is why im asking.
