Can't change css and js in browser

I change the color of the cap, put the night mode, but I do not see any changes. Literally a month ago everything worked.

After the changes, I cleaned the cache on the client and on the server (php flarum cache: clear). Tried it in another browser. I deleted it manually. Nothing helped, nothing has changed. Help, please, what to do?

I have CloudFlare. Developer mode is enabled (i.e., the cache is disabled)

Reinstalled the forum - the same way.

By the way, the size of the css changes after switching on the night mode, etc.

What's the point in using CloudFlare when even the look of the forum (CSS) is not finished yet? Keep things as simple as possible as long as possible until you have to resort to the more complicated for a real reason.

My workflow is the following:

Setup a local development environment.
Simulate new CSS rules in the browser first by using Inspect Element (Firefox or Chrome), then write the necessary CSS rules.
If everything looks fine, copy your CSS to your life installation.

Or change the YML file in the locale, but the changes after cleaning the cache(client and server) are not visible.

Are u referring to custom css and header in flarum admin panel?
If so, can u check a permissions?

Razor Custom header works.

Custom Styles:

Cleared the cache with a command: php flarum cache:clear
And also in the browser

Nothing changed. In the developer console the same way, the body has not changed

I don't doubt that something has happened with your installation. But simply stating "it doesn't work" doesn't give us any clue and it doesn't make it easier for us to guide you in the right direction. And using a probably unneccessary complex setup (CloudFlare) doesn't help either.

So my first question is: Does it work with your local installation? Can you switch to night modus, make changes to your CSS files and to your locale files, and does it effect the outcome in your browser?

My second question: Do you probably have more than one installation and simply work on the wrong set of files?
