How to create smtp account

I just installed flarum on my digitalocean droplet, how can i create smtp server, to add it in email configuration section under admin.
I tried postfix and dovecot but i was able to send mails from ssh itself how to create account, what port what host to add ??

You can ask for your ISP to get the help.
If your server is running Windows or Linux, you can build your own server and create account.
But if you can't do them. Please register an 3rd email account and enable SMTP service.

If you think you don't need email verification, you can disable it by using SQL commands.
