Change Tags position on the bottom of Tittle

I've red flarum documentation and unfortunately I get lost hahaha, I want to change tags position become on the bottom of discussion title, could anyone help me to show me the way???

@Toby I have two tags category, primary and secondary tag, I want to place my secondary tag on the left side, beside of title. Become something like this:

would you like to show me the way to do that??? I'm preparing a community which concern about innovation in education.

I know this is a old thread, but this would be a awesome implementation. And also a way to hide Secondary Tags from the sidebar menu, but they can be seen on the "More..." (Tags) page.
