I think I broke the Forum

I was editing the SMTP settings of my freeflarum site and saved the changes, here are the settings:

Driver: smtp-mail.outlook.com
Host: (Blank)
Port: 587
encryption: STARTLS

When i saved the changes and refreshed the page, On edge it says:

HTTP 500 error
That’s odd… the website can’t display this page
The site may be undergoing maintenance or could have a programming error.

On chrome it goes back to the www.freeflarum.com site

and on Firefox it displays a white screen

I can't access my site.

You can edit the values by going to the settings table of the database with a tool like phpMyAdmin. Remove all settings with smtp in their name to or fix the values to restore access ?

On FreeFlarum I guess you can't do that though. You might want to use the support email directly.

clarkwinkelmann Flarum really needs some sort of catch to prevent the whole forum from commiting suicide if a wrong value is put in.
