Add new button

Hello everyone,

I need to add another botton to my site, is all on this code:

But, where is the file I need to modify?

I also want to be add a new button but i dont know how to , anyone help thanks..
and so far, for admin, there are 4 options which are "Profile", "Settings", "Administration" and "Log out", could i add one more option which is also only visible by admin
