You can check out Flagrow.io, it records every extension for Flarum. The Extensions tag is a little easier to use sometimes, though, since Flagrow can catch WIP or discontinued extensions that no longer work. There used to be a community maintained list but it fell to the wayside and no one has picked up the mantle since.
