erlend_sh When looking at Flarum's list of topics, I can't help but feel like it'd be a lot easier to gauge which categories are receiving the most attention if they were all right-aligned, so that they're also vertically aligned. Here's a crude mockup:

UaMV I think I also prefer the look of this. Note that some additional design decisions would need to be made in cases where multiple primary tags are allowed.
