Why does it have "should not use it in production" warning...?

I think the current status of Flarum is super great, already.
I'm just curious that...
Even though, I've found some discussions that re-confirming MIT License's meaning on Flarum...
But why does it have "This is beta software and you should not use it in production." warnings, here and there...?
What if I can handle all unpredictable issues from using it for a real service, does the founders don't mind using it for a product, according to MIT License's meaning...?
Or is there another specific reason that I should not use this for a real production, which is out of the MIT License...?

You can do whatever you like with it.

Just don't start screaming on this forum or sending angry e-mails to any (core) flarum developer that your thousand flarum installations all broke down because you upgraded to a latest (beta) release. It's your own responsibility to maintain stability of those applications. The (core) developers have no obligation whatsoever to guarantee stability of Flarum during beta.

Just to give you an example. The current way how extensions are supposed to work is being changed. At least some (if not all) extensions will most definitely break. Also how translations work is in the process of renewal. This will all have an effect on current installations.

If things break, if your hosting environment doesn't allow you, won't fully work, or breaks something on your forum Flarum isn't going to help. It's in beta, and isn't getting much support besides for bug fixes (well support from the community but not mainstream yet). Updates from version to version will be allowed, but if it gets harder and harder (and you loose content, users, posts, etc.) you can't blame Flarum for making their updates not full capability with each other.

Please allow me to direct your attention to this new FAQ item inspired by this perennial question. It expands on the warning included on the installation page, but the basic message is fairly simple. To put it quite bluntly: if you use it and something goes wrong, it's your problem and nobody else's. If you wish to proceed, do so with caution.
