Go to your database, select the your <forumprefix>_config table.
Once inside on the top panel you should see "insert" click it.
You should input something like this:
You have to do this for the items mentioned in the installation procedure, not just for the "port" like the above example.
If you have the values show as "blob" instead of "text" (like above) you can change that in the "structure" option on the top, from "blob" to "text", you should then be able to input your data.
