Ideas to add proper metadescriptions

I'm tired to see duplicated metadescriptions on every new discussion created, it is ruining my SEO. Could someone find an aproach to fix this?

Maybe with an extension or a custom program/tool?

I'm not an SEO expert, could you explain what exactly you want to archive? May be some dev can help? Just list some features of an extension you want.
Something like:

index page->meta tag = some content
discussion page->meta tag = other content

or facebook, twitter open tag ...?

Right now, this discussion has the following meta-description:

<meta name="description" content="Get support using and extending Flarum, the next-generation forum software that makes online discussion fun.">

This meta tag is the same for every discussion, so there is little of value in it for SEO purposes. It would be much more useful to have something like:

<meta name="description" content="Support: Ideas to add proper metadescriptions: I'm tired to see duplicated metadescriptions on every new discussion created, it is ruining my SEO.">
