Uncaught ReferenceError: System is not defined

I'm getting the following error after installation:
Uncaught ReferenceError: System is not defined

I'm not seeing anything. Possibly the permissions were incorrect for the assets folder or your rewrites were wrong. Hard to tell now.

rambletype is index.php included in your config.php as the site address? If so, remove it.
