Proper mail setup

Can anyone share step by step smtp setup from server site smtp client till adding credentials in flarum dashboard. I tried with digital ocean, gcloud, vultr im not getting any mails, other applications working well
Its an humble request, please someone share step by step guide for this noob :/

For a step-by-step guide we'd need to know what service you're using as SMTP relay.

Without those details the guide is basically paste the values given by whatever service you're using in the right field and make sure your host allows SMTP.

Digital Ocean blocks outbound email to prevent spam runs from new accounts. I guess other providers started doing the same.
