I was using another forum for a little while, got it all setup, it was great... until I went to set up category/section moderators and realized there were no such options. Does Flarum allow for granular permissions such as category/section moderation? Example being, if I have two categories (the main items on the left menu such as 'Support' and 'Feedback') can I assign a specific person (or group or anything) to be "in charge" of a specific category in which the particular person or group can post anywhere on the board, but can edit/delete posts and what not only in their assigned category? I am trying to offer some specific users/groups their own "mini-forum" within the main forum in which they are in control of their area but can still chat with others. I want everyone to be able to post in any place on the forum, just limit control.
If it's not possible with Falrum, and recommendations on a forum that is as clean and feature rich as Flarum that hopefully is open source?
