Install Page stuck on the initial Logo Animation

I was trying to do a fresh install of Beta 2 on my test site that was running Beta 1 properly.
I removed my Beta 1 Files and DB, and then created a fresh setup of Beta 2.

Now, when I visit the website to install Flarum, the starting logo animation plays but gets stuck midway. The rest of the page is not rendered.

In Page Source, I see:
<animate begin="0.8s" dur="0.5s" attributeName="d" values="M3.00269837,1.27897692e-13 C1.34435385,1.27897692e-13 -4.39794873e-15,1.34085738 -1.03476577e-15,3.006980

This is highlighted in red.

It is deployed on a Ubuntu 14.04 server managed through serverpilot. The client side is Chrome and Safari on OSX 10.10.5

What do I do now?

kinshuk is there anything mentioned in your Chrome "Console" tab?

It shows a warning:
"SVG's SMIL animations (<animate>, <set>, etc.) are deprecated and will be removed. Please use CSS animations or Web animations instead."

This doesnt happen anymore with Beta 4. So consider this fixed.
