Could add a Features for Category Pinned?

I know Flarum have Global Pinned.
But I want pinned some disscussion in some category or tag not global.
It will be very useful. It will can make category rules pinned on this category top.
Or make a tips on tags.

So....Maybe can make a features/ext for this? ?

That is already possible as the /all route is generally where all tagged discussions are listed. If you create a tag and sticky it, it will be categorized under that tag. Unless you're just looking for a way to hide said discussion from the /all route/page?

See this tag/section and look at how the stickies are pinned to the top. If you post in any of those discussions, it will but that discussion to the top of the /all discussions page.

We currently have a discussion going for sticky behavior which has talked about stickies that reside only under the tag. I'd encourage you to add your voice there.
