Approval when a user bump a thread

Hello, just a suggestion/idea for extension makers out there as I am not knowledgeable enough with flarum.

Is this a good idea?
When a user bump an old discussion, for let say a month/3months old (can be settable on the admin panel), after he hit the "reply" button,a prompt with a message that his post will be subjected for "mod/admin" approval because he is bumping an old discussion will appear.

If "post" = approved then discussion will appear/bump on to the top/latest.
if not then,it will stay as is.

I think this will prevent some spammers to just reply on old discussions and make that discussion on top of the page without sensible replies.

any thoughts?

This is a very useful thing. There can be a setting for the minimum time that an old thread has to be considered as such and a per group/tag setting of "bump not permitted, bump requires approval/moderation, bump is unrestricted".
