Kryonoglou how did you install Flarum? If you're on a shared host with no access to SSH, our recommended method would be using Pockethold, which comes with Bazaar.
Otherwise, there's not an easy way to do it. There's a hard way, but we don't really support it. If Pockethold cannot work for you, I recommend finding a different host or using some of the free hosting providers for Flarum.
