jordanjay29 Correct, Flarum does not natively support unicode/UTF-8 characters in the URL. You can use this extension to translate slugs, and this extension to translate discussion titles in the URLs.
Kryonoglou Look, I have the version with out the SSH. The bazaar extension have problem & I can't install nothing. If I try to change the value of the english language (flarum-ext-english) nothing happen's. So. How I can translate the forum?
jordanjay29 Kryonoglou Without SSH access or Bazaar, we don't have any supported methods for adding extensions. The best solution is going to be considering a different host that will support Flarum.

Frink Kryonoglou backing up the database will work fine, it will import everything except for custom avatars. I can give you a hand migrating if you decide too
