jordanjay29 php composer.phar create-project flarum/flarum REPLACEME --stability=beta REPLACEME should be the name of an empty folder. You may need to mkdire newfoldername to get one.

jordanjay29 Yep, yellow is a warning, not an error, and that particular one will be fixed with Beta 8.
