Validation error with Mysql PaaS username that includes a percent sign

without the Percent sign in username ,it works, plz help to improve

I've filed an issue for this. Thanks for bringing it up!

there's so many ISP support PaaS mysql database without MyISam Engine,
So, this is also a problem with Flarum.
