Cannot find the file that has the Hero welcome text

Hi,

I would like to add a banner below the <header class="Hero WelcomeHero">, I looked for ages trying to find the layout file for this but cannot find it, could someone tell me where this is located?

I have looked into:
/public_html/vendor/flarum/core/views

and it seems to be passed with $content

But I cannot work out where is this $content pulling its data from.

Benito that message is set in the admin panel, basics tab.

Benito the front-end is a javascript single page app. The actual template for the hero is defined in a javascript component and you need to create an extension to alter it or inject additional markup around it.

If you're trying to add a banner or ad, maybe the Flagrow Ads extension can help you, it offers multiple points where you can inject HTML in your forum.

I have just installed it and it broke the app, I get a white page, what is the best way to reverse this manually without breaking the code please?

Ok I simply did a composer remove [package]

It worked. This extension seems to break the latest version of flarum
