fileinfo is missing

Hi there,

Well I'm in love with this forum, so I wanted to install into my website, but ... The fileinfo extension is required.
I've contacted the hosting provider they said you need to have a VPS ... to enable that idk something like that.

Guys is there anyway how can I install this amazing forum into my website.

You do not need a VPS to enable the fileinfo extension. I have my forum installed on a shared web host and managed to enable it by going to "Select PHP Version" in cPanel and checking the box next to "fileinfo." Not all hosts allow you to that though.

You need to switch to PHP 5.5 as this is a requirement.
