I sent you the fix for the second one in Doscord:
php flarum cache:clear
rm assets/rev-manifest.json
Then hard refresh (CTRL+F5) your browser
Or install ReFlar/Uncache
For the first, click on the link in the message it presents. Packagist should walk you through setting up the link to Github. There's also a manual sync option, too.
