All of a sudden on my flarum (www.seekadventure.net) whenever I post a new topic is says something went wrong, but when I refresh the page it seems fine and the post shows....
I tried on two different accounts on my forum and cleared the cache with UnCache, and not sure whats going on.
Any ideas?

Update 2: Looks like it happens when I reply and when I delete discussions forever. ANd I do not see anythign in the flarum log. I what was in my old flarum log a week ago so it would be a smaller file and I haven't had anything new in there since.
