If you do not have SSH access (some shared hosts do not provide this), you can attempt using Pockethold instead.

Otherwise, you can try the method gozen suggested, but it is not recommended and you will likely encounter problems unless you know what you're doing.

For now you can install it only if you have ssh access I am afraid.

(another option would be to install it on localhost and then upload a backup on cPanel server with changes to config etc.)

cPanel has a SSH feature. It just depends on whether or not your host allows it. Sometimes all you have to do is contact support and tell them you need SSH access. If you have never installed something this way, it’ll take some research and/or trial and error. The support team should be able to help you a little. If you have an extremely nice web host and they have experience with Flarum, who knows, maybe they’d be willing to install it for you. It doesn’t hurt to ask.

Erdinc If you have to ask, then I don't recommend you try it. It's an unsupported method and it means you won't be able to use additional extensions or the like. If either of the methods I linked to do not work for you, then I would recommend finding a host that provides SSH access instead.
