Beta 3 installation on Xampp

I have installed the Beta 2 on localhost with Xampp processing OK.
When trying to install Beta 3 via Composer occurred the following message:

to retrieve a token. It will be stored in "C:/Users/LuizCarlos/AppData/Roaming/C
omposer/auth.json" for future use by Composer.

Can anyone explain what it is?

In your browser to get a token.
After that, try again.

creat015 You need to have a Github account and be logged in to it in order to get a token.
