Bump and Private messaging feature

Hello Team,

First of all thank you very much for providing such a beautiful forum software.

I would like to suggest that it will be very nice if we can develop an extension for Topic Bump facility. That way user can bump his topic without spamming and admin can set limitation like once in 24 hour etc.
Also if we can provide Private Messaging feature in forum, it will be very convenient for all users.

Justice Hello, i am suggesting a option without comment user can move the topic to the top. That way user can bump his thread once in 24 hours without any spam comment. ?

As for the topic bump, how should this work? Should it post a message in the topic with something like bump or should it move the topic to the top in the homepage list? None of them make much sense to me, but I think it should not be very hard to implement it.
