Replies are good and with mention feature those are even better. But sometimes users are doing so much short replies that they don't even count as a proper reply.
Shouldn't comments be introduced for short talk (like "Good one") or one line talk. This way replies can be separated for more important information, rather that just a back question or appreciation.
Something like this is also in Quora and Stackoverflow which are top websites from a community point of view.
I would also like to know your views on this.
