Yes there is ? But not on these forums. We have strict community guidelines so that these forums are open and welcoming to everyone, no matter the background. In order to guarantee such a welcoming atmosphere we request (in general) one language so that we can moderate all content equally.

As to your issue, most of us don't know what is going on. I believe Pockethold also generates a log file, we could use that to trace any issues you encounter.
