Flarum seeding

I followed below steps.

Run php artisan vendor:publish
Run php artisan flarum:install
Run php artisan flarum:seed

While executing step 3 i found below error on my terminal :

[ErrorException]                         

Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

Can any one have idea about this error?

This is finally fixed.

Please start again from the beginning (we're using another VM with Vagrant now) one last time (vagrant destroy), be sure to delete the config.php file in the root directory, run git pull as well as git submodule update and then start the VM building with vagrant up. This will take a while (only this once), but the process should work now.
