No commands in the cache namespace

Hi guys,

When using SSH and trying to flush the cache with the php flarum cache:clear command, I receive the following error:

 [Symfony\Component\Console\Exception\CommandNotFoundException]
  There are no commands defined in the "cache" namespace.

Not actually too sure how I managed this one! If anyone could please advise on how I could possibly fix this, I would really appreciate any help. I have already attempted a full reinstallation of Flarum.

Issue has now been fixed following (oddly!) a repair of the database... bizarre, but at least it works.

Further to the cache issue, running a php flarum migrate command returns the following:

[ReflectionException]
  Class flarum.config does not exist
