Permission problems

Alright, I've just setup the flarum folder on my vps. Opened the browser and viewed the startup page where it asked me to setup some permissions, ok, sure. I did so but still it always asks me to change it.

Whoa, I've just realized I can't even upload a picture? Awkward.

VIRUXE can you explain the issue you are having in a manner that allows other people to understand it a little better? 🙂

When I wrote this last night I was prepared with a screenshot but I can't really post it with this plain text editor.

I'll try to reiterate. Upon install the forum asked me to set 5 folders permissions to 0775. I did that and the software still asks the same thing.

VIRUXE You can post an image. You just need an image hoster.

HavocK well that sucks. Doesn't make sense for a Discourse competitor like Flarum not to have direct image upload.

Looks like I'll have to stick with Discourse for a little longer.

VIRUXE file upload is discussed several times before, there is also an extension under development. Flarum is still in its infancy, you can't expect a whole spectrum of features to be available already.
