Karma system
Improved user security (ip listing, showing relations between users, etc.. ability to disable user if they seem not legit)

Update system where I just click "Install" and it will update a la WordPress right from the admin screen.
Flarum for WordPress plugin which also allows you to replace the default WordPress comments system with Flarum discussions. bbPress is doing this, but bbPress sucks.
Shared files section a la Dropbox so that we can see what files we uploaded and where on Flarum they are shared.

If I could choose 3 that would actually be implemented...

I like Markdown and all but I'm really liking what I'm seeing with Slodown so something along the lines of this would be nice.
Terminal (For those wonder what this would be used for I refer you do TangoBB's Docs.
Forum to game integration, I say this because a few of my friends actually create games and I'd like to be able to easily integrate them into the forums to an extent (Basically like a points system where the points being transferred into in-game currency.)

IMO the "solved" issue can be fixed by using tags. The "Accepted answer" issue can be resolved by using the voting/karma system previously mentioned instead of letting OP select which answer (S)he went with (a la SO), let the votes speak. The one with the most votes, will likely be the best or closest answer.

I may have missed something completely obvious there. Feel free to disagree.

Edit: Not really a feature but more styling on <code> blocks would be nice. 😉

- Show thread first post upvotes/points on threads list
- Custom fields for first post ( for instance: allowing user to submit a link; post with featured image)
- Social share buttons for posts
