Extension to Filter Extensions

As a follow up to the recent extension list thread by @BlackSheep, I submit this as an extension idea.

An extension that allows categorization and/or filtering of extensions on the admin page. Possible filters could include:

Pretty sure that something like this will be part of the extension list in the admin panel.
