I'm using FreeFlarum. When I get a notification email, accents (French) are converted into HTML entities, e.g.:
la rentrée instead of la rentrĂ©e. And the notification is in English while the forum is set to French. If you need help for the translation, I'd be happy to give you a hand, feel free to get in touch with me. Thank you,
