New Topic in Secondary Tag Bug

When posting new topic in a secondary tag (e.g Support > Installation), the tags should automatically include the following:
Primary Tag: Support
Secondary Tag: Installation

At this moment Flarum only includes the Secondary Tag, which I think could be improved because when I am posting in a Support > Installation section, all new topics there should automatically have those tags. (Correct me if I'm wrong on this logic)
