Installed but can't access

Hey, I'm having some issues installing Flarum. I've managed to run the command with composer and it gets to:

Writing lock file
Generating autoload files

but then when I go to the web address to setup the forums it just says it refused to connect?

I'm a bit of a noob with all this stuff, but I think I've managed to remove all the obvious errors that composer was previously showing, so can't tell what's wrong ?

Tekon This would be a configuration error with the web server (Nginx or Apache, which ever you are using).

Make sure you are configuring them correctly, and check for any errors in the corresponding web server's log files.

It was. Turned out httpd had stopped and was fixed with a simple restart.

Having to reopen this thread as I'm having further issues.

When heading to setup Flarum I am greeted with this message:

I have gone through and set the permissions to 0775 as it states with the apache user yet the message remains. Have also dug through some older Flarum support forums and have tried commands. Have I missed something?

Running Apache on CentOS.

luceos I tried that but I get 'invalid user' or 'invalid group'.

Tekon Look at the apache configuration to see what user it's running as (may be php-fpm, don't know Apache well sorry).
