My forum tag settings are:
Req Primary Tags : 0 - 1
Req Secondary Tags : 0 - 1
From my understanding any post with or without tags should be posted on the forum.
So I tried to create a post using the second category tag
I got this error:
Discussion must have between 1 and 1 primary tags.
This was my old setting when I first setup the forum, my req primary settings was 1-1. But now I have changed it to 0-1 but it is not updated.
To replicate the bug:
1. Set req primary tags : 1-1
2. Make a post
3. Set req primary tags: 0-1
