Wrong Text For Sticky & Lock Thread Popup

If you sticky + lock a thread, the sticky popup text writes "locked"

SeeD I don't have this bug.

I double checked. It only occurs when you first added the sticky onto a locked thread.

After a refresh it is working fine.

Nothing too serious I guess, but it's something minor to fix 😛

Just tried to replicate the bug with no luck. Are you sure about it ?

1. Lock thread
2. Sticky thread
3. Mouseover to confirm.

I'd like to iterate again that a refresh fixed the issue. Just that its abit annoying to get it in the beginning 😛
