install ok but command apache2 problem

i install correctly flarum, i try to access in admin but i have blank page...
so i look guide installation and it's write

pute this code in your apache2 config

<Directory "/path/to/your/forum">
AllowOverride All
</Directory>

so i put it and restart apache2 service, and the result it's not good, i don't see my flarum folder and i have forbiden acces....so what's wrong???

yes i replace in my default config in /etc/apache2/sites-available

White page is a serious error (500 internal server). Enable debug in config.php and/or check the error log apache generates for more information. Without that debug information we are guessing blindly for reasons.
