What if we had a page with recent posts from all users?

I really like the way recent posts are presented for a single user: https://discuss.flarum.org/u/jacko

It would be great to have two additional options:

All recent posts feed (similar to current user feed, but from all users).
All recent topics feed with the content of the opening post only (facebook type feed).

I've been looking into an extension myself that copies the effect of the Stickied Topic extension for the All Discussions page. Have been too wrapped up in schoolwork to get it started/done, though. My project for Flarum would probably benefit from this style presentation.
