Yes, you can ask here. However, I encourage you instead to search out the extensions you are curious about. Most, if not all, will have a discussion page here on this forum and have descriptions on how to use them or people who ask and receive answers on the same. For Flarum official extensions, we can answer questions in this general support discussion, but most of them are self-explanatory as far as purpose (usage details on a few requires nothing more than a setup, the rest is intuitive).
