Will there be a multihoming support in future Versions ? I mean aliasing the Forum using different Domains like www.myflarumforum.com and ihaveflarum.org pointing to same flarum Installation (and showing same Content). Currently (7.1-beta) this is not possible due to static URL in config.php. Even the same Situation for http/https mix.

Broxi It's not currently planned in the roadmap, no. You can certainly request it as a feature, though.

Multiple hosts with the same content is usually regarded as very bad for SEO. It can also bring many issues around cookies/login state and just about confusing users.

As for http/https mix, this shouldn't even be a question in my opinion. Your forums should always be served over HTTPS.

You should be able to just setup (permanent) redirects from those alternate hosts to your canonical forum ?

I agree that (since letsencrypt serves certs for free) everyone should use https, but lot of People don't care About that, even if I push them to do so.
But I agree that in such cases the best is to Rewrite.

The best case here is to create a redirect from the old domain to the new, so that users who visit the old are completely forwarded. This can be done via Apache or Nginx.
