phucnguyenbw the error message is still the same after you comment that line and restart MySQL ?
If that's the case you need to find out why your changes to the configuration aren't applied and I'm afraid I can't help more 😬
Maybe you could also try setting that configuration parameter to 0 instead of commenting the line. I have no idea if it's a valid way of disabling that recovery mode but I guess it's worth a try. The documentation for that setting shouldn't be hard to find by Googling it.
