Is there a way to highlight the post which has newer comments updated?

Though it tells you there are 9 updates, but how I know which one has the newer comments? like the email system, if it tell me which one I have read which not. Is there a way to tweak it?

Are you talking about new replies or edits to posts?

You can see a little pencil mark next to a post when it has been edited. I've edited this post as an example.

If you're talking about new replies, if you click on a topic with new replies it will automatically take you to the place where you have last read so you can begin at the new replies.

hmmy I have to agree with you.

It seems the point is the index shows a "N new updates" it doesn't highlight which one. In fact when you click the yellow bar it updates the index and marks unread messages bold. This will however will not be obvious if you have many unread threads in the list anyway.

Improving how pusher shows the realtime updates is a reported issue somewhere, so that should fix this issue as well.
