This is a common issue with Beta 7.x, and should be fixed in Beta 8.

You can fix this now by installing Reflar Uncache, or by doing the following:

Run these commands in your Flarum root folder:

php flarum cache:clear
rm assets/rev-manifest.json

Dump Cloudflare cache if applicable
Hard refresh (CTRL+F5) your browser

jordanjay29 For some reason php flarum cache:clear is giving me a "Could not open input file: flarum". It all worked yesterday but these extensions are messing things up. I'm not sure if i'll ever get this up and running properly.

jordanjay29 Run these commands in your Flarum root folder:

If you are getting "Could not open input file: flarum" then you are not in your Flarum root folder.

jordanjay29 Yet I can install extensions. I'm only getting that error when I try clearing the cache. Everything else works.

Can you paste the output of ls -lA for me?

Also, if you can install extensions, then install Reflar Uncache as I suggested.
